I called her off a referral from a friend, she was super nice and clearly laid out her process and next steps, which made me way more comfortable since this was my first time buying a house, I'm young and wasn't sure if I would be taken seriously, and was just really nervous about making this big purchase. (I was also very impressed with her website and online presence on social media). She is extremely knowledgeable. She gave great advice on what lenders were good to go with for closing on time, when we were able to offer below list without losing out, and if she had any concerns about any of the houses we were looking at. She was willing to move at whatever pace we needed. Whether you are looking to buy immediately or are just causally looking, she is there for you. (My husband and I switched back and forth a few times between saying we were in no rush to wanting to put offers down). She is super on top of things and will move quickly, but is not pushy when you want to slow down. She does a great job of making you feel like you are the only person she is working for and was extremely responsive to me whether I was texting or emailing her. She always had time to meet me at a listing. Anna gets it done. If any little thing seemed to go wrong, she would make a phone call and somehow it would be fixed. At closing she even left us with the sweetest house warming gifts. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, I can't find anything negative to say about her. She’s the gift that never stops giving!
